Fitting the matal parts. Parts needed to be cleaned, filled, sanded, and fitted to make them usable.
These parts will be made in resine to keep cost down. The original cars that John built were had all metal parts.

A Nash Bridges cuda being painted along with 3 white cudas.

To make the shaker scoop look functional an induction system was built using the factory aircleaner.
Plum crazy cuda all finished, and ready to box up. Plum Crazy is a Dodge color, but
since plymouth doesn't exsist anymore I guess the name would be right.

This is how the shaker scoop looks sitting on the aircleaner.
I had to cover the boxes because they were decorated in a sports theme. Black vinyl, custom lettering,
and logo dress up the new boxes to fit the new cars inside.

Parts are just sitting in place for photo purposes. This is the basic design with out spoilers. This
one does not yet have the gills in the fenders.
Here's the white convertible in it's new box.

Notice the bodyline of the Cuda, and not the challenger.

For the Nash Bridges cuda hood pins, fog lights, 2 tone grill, white interior, and chrome windshield
pillar make it different from the other convertibles.

The shaker hood makes the look of the car.

A finished picture of the Nash cuda. These cars are separate from the limited edition 50 concept cudas.
They will be limited to 10 cars, and will have different certificates.

The convertable version is another option available. Not as many of these will be made.

The rear view showes the cut outs in the rear bumper for the exhaust. The exhaust tips will stick
through these holes like early cudas did. The challengers exhaust tips went under the bumper. Also showing the different tail
light panel.

I think the convertables might grow on me.

Trying to mass produce the same car is quite difficult.

Trying to come up with the donar cars has been a job all on it's own. The majority of them will
start out having sports team logos on them. Having to strip every car adds time and slows production.

Having black and white "HEMI" billboards made to resemble the original style on the 1971
cuda

Cut the fender gills into the cudas. This was not an easy task by any means.

A closer view of the gills. I do think they make the car.

Set up for painting 2 of the cudas.

I have to say, I DO like this green. It is so bright.

Here's a white convertible. For every 4 coupes there will be one convertible.

Here's five of the seven basic colors available. Yellow and hemi orange are the other 2 colors.
The cars are not limited to these colors. Upon request any color can be an option. With or without bilboards

A green one almost together. Need to adjust the springs on the hinges because the resin hood is
not as heavy as the metal one so it sticks up a bit. This and a few other adjustments are needed before they will be ready.

Here's what the tail light panels will look like.

Here 4 of the cars just about finished. Just need to add billboards and a few other parts.

A view from the rear

I like the white convertible more and more.

Can't go wrong with plum crazy.

Rally red just stands out.

Making the boot for the convertible is coming along nicely. All the boots available were too narrow
so they had to be made wider to fit the body. Now they will be filled, sanded, primed, and textured. After that a mold will
be made so they can be reproduced for all the others.

The billboards are water slide decals. Looking into making them in thin vinel.

The black stands out nicely on the white cuda with the black boot and trim.
